Today was ok. I didn't get to the gym, but I did lots of laundry and walked the dogs. It was a lovely sunny, although cold, day. Tomorrow I plan to hit the gym at my normal old training time and do lower body workouts.

- step ups (3x sets of 12)

- Kettle bell swings (3x 35 lbs)

- goblet squats (3x 35lbs)

- intermittent running/walking
